Parking

The nearest parking to the Theatre is a public pay and display car park on Rayrigg Road. From here simply cross the road and take the steps up to the Theatre. Alternatively for our stair free entrance, follow the pavement along for a little further and take the second entrance to the building – a passageway to the left straight after the steps and enter via our courtyard.

There is also Quarry Mount pay and display car park on Lake Road next to The Royalty Cinema as well as a very large car park Braithwaite Fold on the Glebe (a 15 minute walk from the Theatre).

Street parking is also available, but spaces are limited and restricted to 1 hour (except in the evening).

For those with access and mobility needs, the nearest car park Rayrigg Road has blue badge spaces. To avoid steps up to the theatre, please follow the pavement along and take the second entrance to the building – a passageway to the left which goes up to our courtyard. Please note this route is steep as we are situated on a hill.
