Wheelchair Users
To book a wheelchair space in the Theatre, please call the Box Office directly - these seats are generally in Block D, seats 1, 2 & 3 and are not available online. This is because we want to ensure audience members have the correct area for their needs. Our Box Office team will discuss your requirements with you and seat you in the most appropriate area (subject to availability). There is a lift to the accessible toilets and the café bar on the lower level.
All of our staff receive disability awareness training. We have a set of evacuation procedures – should you require it someone will assist you with evacuation either out of the building or to a refuge.
Companion Ticket
We offer free Companion tickets, subject to proof of eligibility for any disabled adult who requires additional support to attend the theatre. This must be due to disability-related needs, significant and in excess of what could be reasonably expected of family or friends already accompanying you.
Step Free Access
In addition to the Wheelchair spaces that are available for every performance by contacting the box office (Block D, seats 1,2 & 3), we also have several step free seats on ground level - please contact the Box Office for more information.
