Opening hours
Our Box Office team are happy to guide you through your booking or answer any questions you may have about your visit.
Phone lines are open 10am – 4.30pm Monday – Saturday, except on performance days when they will be open 12 noon to 7.30pm. The Box Office is closed on Sundays unless we have a performance (but you can still book on our website).
Groups
Group Bookings
We offer group discounts for groups of 10+ for most of our shows. If you don’t see a group ticket listed in the ticket prices, please contact our Box Office. Once a booking is reserved, our box office team will send through an invoice indicating payment deadlines and further details of how to pay by card or bank transfer. School Bookings
We offer student tickets for most performances and we offer one complimentary teacher ticket for every 10 student tickets booked. Any additional staff tickets required are offered at the discounted student rate. Once a booking is reserved, our box office team will send through an invoice indicating payment deadlines and further details of how to pay by card or bank transfer.

Children’s Shows
The majority of our Children's Theatre shows use unreserved seating and ticket sales are put through our main sponsor The World of Beatrix Potter Attraction ticketing system where you can also add an Attraction ticket to your booking, therefore no booking fee applies. All seats in the Theatre have a good view and booster seats are available. We are able to reserve seats for any families with access requirements.
Companion Tickets
We offer free Companion tickets, subject to proof of eligibility for any disabled adult who requires additional support to attend the theatre. This must be due to disability-related needs, significant and in excess of what could be reasonably expected of family or friends already accompanying you.
Fees, Exchanges & Refunds
Booking Fees
We charge a booking fee of £2.00 for every transaction. This covers administration costs and enables us to provide a dedicated booking service over the phone and online. Tickets can be posted for an additional £2 charge.
The booking fee does not apply for Friends, Groups of 10+ and School Groups.
Ticket Exchange & Refunds
Unfortunately we are not able to offer ticket exchanges or refunds. Friends of the Victoria Wood Theatre are however able to exchange their tickets free of charge. Find out more about our Friends scheme here. Tickets will only be refunded if there is a cancellation or postponement of the event.
