Bring Your Event to Our Stage
Hire the unique Lake District theatre space for your own performance. The Victoria Wood Theatre is available for private hire providing the perfect intimate setting for theatre, concerts, film screenings (cinema screen available), award ceremonies and conferences complete with technician and staffing.
The playing area of the theatre is approximately 6 metres square. Seating is on three sides of the auditorium and seats an audience of 191 (view seating plan). The theatre is also capable of being changed into an in-the-round space with 260 seats. (There is an additional charge for this option.)
We can offer an optional Box Office service, selling tickets on your behalf for a 10% commission. Events using this service may also be promoted on our website and included in our brochure, subject to scheduling availability.
Bar facilities can be provided if required. Please note that external food and drink cannot be brought into the venue. Merchandise sold by our staff will be subject to a 10% commission.
