The Old Laundry Theatre is now proudly renamed The Victoria Wood Theatre. This new name pays tribute to the remarkable Victoria Wood - beloved writer, performer and comedian - whose wit, warmth, and creative spirit have long been part of the fabric of our theatre's history. Victoria's enduring connection to our venue makes this renaming a fitting celebration of her extraordinary legacy.

While our name has changed, our heart remains the same. We will continue to bring audiences a rich mix of drama, comedy, music and storytelling - the very things that have made this theatre such a a special place for the past 33 years.
